Sales Post Register Transactions window
After you review the Edit Report, make any necessary corrections, and balance your registers, you are ready to post.
Unbalanced Registers
This list box displays your unbalanced registers. You can double-click on a register to open the Balance Point of Sale Register window and balance your register.
Balanced Registers
This list box displays your balanced registers that are ready to post. Use the Add buttons or double-click the register names to move them to the Ready to Post list box.
Add > 
This button is enabled when there is a register in the Balanced Registers list box. Click this button to add the highlighted register to the Ready to Post list box.
Add All >> 
This button is enabled when there is a register in the Balanced Registers list box. Click this button to add all the registers in the list box to the Ready to Post list box.
Remove < 
This button is enabled when there is a register in the Ready to Post list box. Click this button to move the highlighted register from the Ready to Post list box to the Balanced Registers list box.
Remove All << 
This button is enabled when there is a register in the Ready to Post list box. Click this button to move all the registers from the Ready to Post list box to the Balanced Registers list box
Ready to Post
This list box displays the registers that will post when you click the Begin Processing button. Use the Remove buttons or double-click the register names to move them to the Balanced Registers list box.
Posting Status
This grid displays each register and its posting progress.
Register 
This column displays the register that is currently being processed and those that have been processed.
Process Status 
This column displays the current status of each register in the posting process.
Print Report 
Select the check box in this column for the corresponding report to print. If the register successfully posted, a posting report will print. If the register did not post, an error report will print.
Select All 
This button is enabled when the posting process for the first register is complete. Click this button to select all the check boxes in the grid.
Deselect All 
This button is enabled when the posting process for the first register is complete. Click this button to deselect all the check boxes in the grid.
Select Error Reports 
This button is enabled when a posting error report is available. Click this button to print only the error reports.
Select Posting Reports 
This button is enabled when the posting process for the first register is complete. Click this button to print all the posting reports.
Print Selected Reports 
Click this button to print the reports you selected in the grid. A posting/audit report will print for all registers that posted successfully and an error report will print for registers that had errors.
Cancel Processing 
This button is enabled when posting begins. Select this button to cancel the posting process.
Begin Processing 
Select this button to begin posting the registers.
