Sales Frequency Codes window
Frequency Codes are used to group transactions together that you want to generate together. They are used when generating recurring orders in Order Entry, as well as in other modules.
Frequency Code 
Enter a Frequency Code of up to six characters. This code must be unique and will appear in the Frequency Code Lookup.
Description 
Type a description of up to 50 characters for this Frequency Code. Because it can be much longer than the code itself, the description can help you distinguish between many different codes. This description will appear in Frequency Code Lookups.
