You can create a Ship Via Code for each method by which you ship the items in your orders. This helps streamline the entry process by allowing buyers to choose a shipping option from those that are already set up in the system. If you have the Sales module installed and Ship Via Codes set up, those codes are also available for use in Purchase Order.
