IMPORTANT: Please read prior to installing your 2012 Payroll Tax Update



The 2012 PR Tax Update Utility release contains the 2012 new federal withholding tables and Social Security tax rates, state and local withholding codes, integration to Aatrix for the latest payroll tax reporting forms W2, W3, 941, and 944 and the updated Accounts Payable 1099 and 1096 forms for tax reporting year 2011. The 2012 Payroll Tax Update Utility is only compatible with CMS Professional 2012 or later. To ensure accurate reporting results, install this utility after upgrading to CMS Professional 2012.

Use the Payroll Tax Update Guide instructions available in the links below to install the tax update utility.  As we receive additional changes to state withholding tables, the PR Tax Update Utility will be updated to include them and this site will be updated as well. Please check back regularly to stay informed of any updates.

    New withholding tables for the following states have been released and are effective 01/01/2012:

    Puerto Rico

    New withholding tables for the following states have been released and are effective 01/01/2012:

    Delaware, Missouri, Idaho, New York, New York Yonkers, Oklahoma, and Rhode Island

    New Federal tax cut extension effective 01/01/2012.

    This also includes the previously released 2012 updates for:

    Updated Federal tax tables, California, Connecticut, Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Vermont, and Washington DC; as well as previously released 2011 tax table updates.
