Here is the new Customer Service Center website!

What You Need to Know!

Everything old is new again! No truer words could be spoken. Everything you are accustomed to finding, seeing, and using on the old website is still available; the navigation is just a little bit different.

To get started...

• You can use your old login / password to log in to the new website. If you don't remember your login information, click the 'Forgot login?' button and follow the instructions on the screen. If you experience any problems, please call (800) 388-3038.
• Manage your account information. Once you log in to the site, you will notice a "Member Menu" in the left-hand column. You can manage your account information, such as your password and email address, by clicking the Subscriber Profile link.

Navigation Tip: Wherever you are on the site, you can navigate to the Software Updates, Documentation, and e-Learning pages by locating the links on the menu bar at the top of the page (within the dark teal box).

• Software Updates. Once logged in, click on the Software Updates link located at the top of the page. Find the update you wish to download by scrolling down the page and click on the applicable folder; for example, a smart patch, full version update, service pack, or payroll tax update. On the next page, select the specific download you need. On the following page, select the “Download” button to complete your download.
• Software Update Symbols. These symbols help you identify whether the download is a text or software file.
• Documentation. Downloading documentation is similar to downloading software updates. First, locate and select the appropriate software folder, i.e. Denali. If you know you are looking for a conversion guide, release notes, or installation guide, you can click on the respective folder to download it.

General Tips:

• Remember to scroll down if you don't immediately see what you are looking for.
• If you log in after receiving a "do not have permissions" message, please be sure to hit "Ctrl F5." This will refresh your screen, and you should then be able to see and access what you need.
• New & More. If you are looking for additional applications to help you manage your business more efficiently, click on the product information bar in the mid-menu bar section. Here you will find additional product information, whitepapers, technology, and accounting information.
• Give us your feedback. You can tell us how you would like to see our software or website improved by clicking the User Suggestions Survey link in the “Member Menu”.
