What is it?

CMS Total eCom is our turnkey ecommerce solution that integrates with any of our CMS Professional product packages - accounting, POS and FUND. CMS Total eCom is designed to bring you real-time ecommerce that is fully driven by your accounting system because your customer and inventory information are transferred in real-time between our accounting program and the web store.

What does it do?

Because of this integration you will be able to completely manage your entire inventory from one place and have it instantly reflected (in real-time) online onto your web store product pages. This not only reduces redundancy, it also lets you extend the power of your CMS Professional inventory management and pricing into your web store.

In addition to order taking, this web store software allows your customers to track their orders, search inventory and monitor their open invoices and account balance because of this software interface, resulting in tremendous customer service savings.

How does it work?

In a nutshell - once a customer selects and completes the purchase of an item from your product page, that sale must then be imported into the CMS Professional 2010 software through a few clicks of a button. Once the import is done that item has been committed and removed from your inventory list and instantly reflected onto your product web page. For example you originally began with 10 items and now after the online sale and the import of that sale information - you now have 9.

What's the difference between this ecommerce product and others out there?

For starters, CMS Total eCom links directly into your CMS Professional 2010 software in real-time. This means no messy batch transfers, no redundant administration functionality, and no need to hire expensive consultants to manage your site. You've already invested in your accounting system, why duplicate the same data and functionality for your web site?

Secondly, it's all in the ecommerce setup. CMS Total eCom already contains a bulk of the technology and other elements you would have to custom-build which can be costly when starting from scratch.
